Returns policy

Right to Return

 

You may cancel your purchase in writing (e.g., by mail, email) or by returning the product within 30 days of delivery without giving any reason. The returns period starts when you receive written notification, but not before you receive the product. If products are delivered in several batches, the period starts with the delivery of the first batch. This condition is based on subtel's statutory obligation to inform the consumer.

Make sure to clearly indicate that you are exercising your right to return and include a copy of the receipt. We cannot process your return without a receipt, which is needed to verify the warranty start date.

 

Effects of Returns

 

If you cancel the transaction, both parties must return any benefits and payments received, including accrued interests. If you return the product in a worsened condition, you must compensate for the decrease in value. Examining the product as would be allowed in a store does not obligate you to compensation. The product must be returned in its original packaging, and its use terminates the right to return.

 

Returnable Products

 

Products that can be returned by parcel should be sent at our expense. We will collect larger items. Payment claims must be fulfilled within 30 days. The contract is terminated when the product is returned, and the purchase price is refunded to your account within 30 days.

 

Original Packaging

 

The original packaging is part of the order and must be returned when the contract ends. If you return the product without the original packaging, you are liable for compensation. We recommend keeping the original packaging in case a return is necessary.

 

End of Return Period

 

When you return the product, the contract is considered terminated, and subtel will refund the product price to your account within 30 days.
